Return Policy

Here at VRS Glorious we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you face an issue, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Conditions for Returns:

1. Items must be returned within 1 week of the delivery date.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
3. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
4. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

*How to Initiate a Return:*

1. Contact our customer service team at vrsglorious@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all the attached tags.
3. We will get the item shipped from your address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

1. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
2. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

*Defective or Damaged Items:*

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at vrsglorious@gmail.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Clearance Sale Items:

Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
